* 0Service Tax @ 3.09% shall be levied on the prevalent tariff of The Golden Chariot as per Govt. of India norms.
* 0There will be a 10% surcharge on the tariff for the trips falling during Christmas & New Year.
* No Charter can be booked during X-mas & New Year period.
* The above tariff is subject to revise without prior notice.

Tariff does not include:

Drinks, tips, laundry, telephone calls, video camera fees, SPA Car, Business Car Facilities, liquor and other items of personal nature.

Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy:
A) In case of Individual Booking:
In order to confirm your booking on Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, you need to pay 20% of the ticket value at the time of booking. However, rest 80% can be paid 60 days prior to the departure date of the train.
B) In case of Group and Charter: In order to confirm any group or charter bookings, one needs to pay 50 % of the entire value. The rest of the money can be paid before 60 days of departure of the train.

Cancellation Policy:
A) In case of Individual Booking:

In order to apply for cancellation before 60 days departure of train, you will have to pay 5% of ticket value.
* If cancelling within 45-59 days prior to departure, you will have to pay 20% of ticket value.
* If cancelling your booking within 30-44 days, you will have to pay 50 % of the ticket value.
* If cancellation is being done before 30 days of departure than one will have to pay the 100 % of the ticket value.

B) In case of Group and Charter: * If cancelling ticket 89 days before the departure of train, you will have to pay the 20% value of the ticket value.
* If cancelling ticket within 88 to 31 days prior to departure, you will need to pay 50% of ticket value.
* If the ticket is cancelled between 30 days prior to departure, then 100% of ticket value is deducted.

No Show/ En-route Termination of Tour / Amendment:
No Show -
In case of a no show or not arrival of the passenger at the time of departure, no refund or adjustment for future travel can be done. The whole payment will be forfeited.
En-route Termination of Tour: In case of termination of tour by the guest's side for any reason whatsoever, no refund or adjustment for future travel will be done. Moreover, the amount for the rest of the travel will not be returned as well.
Amendment – Any amendment in travel is only possible in special conditions like any Natural Disaster / Natural Calamity or Serious Health Problems (needs doctor's certificate) and is subject to availability. Any refunds will not be made in any case and no amendment can be done if booking of groups or complete train is done. Last decision will be taken on the basis of seriousness of the issue.
