Read on to know the day-wise itinerary of our Ananda Spa with Yoga and Meditation tour package.

Day-wise Itinerary

Day01: New Delhi

On your arrival at Delhi IGI airport, receive a traditional welcome and further transfer to the hotel for check-in. Enjoy the rest of the day on your own and spend the night over at hotel.

Day 02: Delhi

After having an early breakfast and leave for a short road-trip of Delhi covering various attractions of the city that will include Jama Masjid, Rajghat, Chandni Chowk etc. Have lunch and proceed further for sightseeing tour of other city attractions and conclude the day with the famous light and sound show at the Red Fort. Return to the hotel, have dinner and take the night off at the comfy hotel room.

Day 03: Delhi – Rishikesh (approx 230 kms/5-6 hrs)

Leave early for the railway station to catch train to Haridwar. Upon arrival at the Haridwar station, get transfer to the pre-booked resort at Rishikesh. Spend the rest of the day relaxing at the room.

Day 04: Ananda
Rise early in the morning for your special yoga and meditation class. After the yoga session, go for spa treatment recommended by the spa experts. Enjoy the stay with having nutritious (satvik) food along with morning and evening yoga session to detox and rejuvenate your senses.

Day 05: Ananda
Take early morning yoga and meditation session. Have sumptuous breakfast and leave for sightseeing tour of the city that will include visits to Vashishth Temple, Vashishth Goofa, Yoga Ashrams, Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula bridge, River ghats etc.

Day 06: Ananda
After the early morning session, you will be interacting one-to-one with the yoga experts (gurus) of the Ashrams. After the session, enjoy a specialized spa treatment at Ananda and leave for a short trip to Haridwar and its markets for shopping.

Day 07: Rishikesh – Delhi (approx 230 kms/5-6 hrs)

Take healthy meal at the resort, check-out and leave for Delhi via road trip (which would take around 5-6 hours). After reaching Delhi, the rest of day is for you to either relax or go shopping in the lanes of Old Delhi.

Day 08: Depart Delhi
On the last day, enjoy a happy early meal at the hotel and then transfer for Delhi International airport to catch the flight to your next destination.
